MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES OF AUGUST 2006 MEETING
PPP implementation was discussed. GT asked PPC members to be proactive in analysing the significance of the PPP in their own parish groups to promote it within their groups. He hopes that parishioners will reflect on the PPP and take on board its ideas. It was suggested that certain parish groups could be asked to review a section of the PPP. It was also suggested that the PPP is kept on the PPC agenda each month .
MR reported that electrical inspection reports have still not been received but we have received a completion certificate from Rushcliffe Borough Council for the recent work on the church. Gouldings have advised MR that a completion certificate for work on the Social Centre is not necessary. CH will find out & advise MR about a certificate for the electrical work & will examine the completion certificate. Action CH
Situation generally thought to have improved. GT stressed the need for adequate ventilation during mass.
