MR read out an e mail received from JE, in which he says that he has been able to register the Holy Spirit church for the bike ride. He has a pack of materials for anyone who would like to participate in the cycling event and will put something in the newsletter and in the church porch. He sees our main involvement, however, in welcoming visitors to our church on the day and showing them the murals. JE needs volunteers to "man" the church from 10am to 6pm on Saturday 10 September 2005. Please let him know by e mail (john.v.edwards@ntlworld.com) or phone (9141070) which part of the day you or someone you "mobilise" can cover. Action all PPC
