MATTERS ARISING FROM THE SEPTEMBER MINUTES

a) Information weekend photos are not on the website yet. Action: MC

b) Childrens books There are now 48 books in the box. Mrs Longley has put out an appeal for more books.

c) Greeters list This is almost complete.

d) Fr Chris The collection for Fr Chris will be on weekend 24/25 October. The question of whether Fr Chris will be returning to receive his collection was raised. Action: MC

PARISH PASTORAL PLAN

To help people become more prayerful, personally and as a Parish.

As a result of the June discussions we reviewed the target.

The prayer taste sessions have been very useful.

UCM to review this statement at their annual retreat at Rearsby. Action: KG

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CARD

A suitable time to be arranged when the hall is free to prepare the cards.

Cards to be distributed at Masses on 5/6 and 12/13 December. Volunteers are needed to help these weekends.

CHRISTMAS MASSES

Help, from the PPC, is needed to cover all the Christmas Masses. Action: All

Calendar dates. In previous years there was a list of calendar dates. If anyone has any dates for activities could they please provide them for the diary. The diary is now viewable on line. Action: All
